Technical Support Specialist

Remote (US-based) | $100K–$135K | Full-time

We’re a fast-moving SaaS startup helping financial firms stay compliant by archiving and monitoring electronic communications with AI-driven solutions. We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist (TSS)/Engineer with java spring boot and python experience to work closely with our customer support team and dev team. Claude Opus 4.6 and working with and building AI Agents a plus.

This is a high-visibility role with room for growth, reporting directly to the Head of Engineering.


What You'll Do

  • Manage and track multiple ongoing engineering projects
  • Join customer support calls and quickly remedy any issues
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and Jira tickets
  • Interface with senior developers, clients, product, and client success teams
  • Optionally contribute to technical discussions and light code reviews


What You Bring

  • 5–10+ years in technical support engineering and leadership
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and self-management skills
  • Experience with both on and offshore development teams
  • Technical fluency (java, spring boot, python, Claude, CLIs, APIs, git, SDLC)
  • Experience with Jira, GitHub, Slack/Teams, Confluence, or similar apps
  • Bonus: experience in compliance, fintech, or regulated industries

💵 Comp: $100K–$135K DOE
